Removal and installation of the working cylinder of coupling

1. Only if the hydrowire was disconnected: Suck away brake liquid from the tank before connection of the pipeline.
|
Brake liquid is poisonous. Do not suck away her mouth through a hose. |
2. Lift and establish the car on supports. Disconnect the bottom guard of an impellent compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of the bottom guard of an impellent compartment. |
3. Unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the working cylinder from RKPP. |

4. Unscrew a hydrowire.
|
If the working cylinder is not replaced on new, do not disconnect a hydrowire. |

|
1. Clear a rod of the working cylinder and slightly grease with Molykote Longtherm 2 greasing. |
|
2. Establish the cylinder on a check point and fix it the moment of 25 Nanometers. 3. Fix a hydrowire on the working cylinder the moment of 15 Nanometers. Fill system with liquid. Remove from system air. 4. Establish and fix the bottom guard of an impellent compartment. |
