Removal and installation of the lever of a cross-section suspension bracket

After installation of a forward suspension bracket it is necessary to check its geometrical parameters.


 REMOVAL

1. Mark with paint the provision of forward wheels in relation to a nave. Thanks to it the otbalansirovanny wheel will occupy the former situation. Weaken bolts of fastening of a wheel on the standing car. Lift and establish the car on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Remove the bottom guard of an impellent compartment.

3. Unscrew fastening bolts (arrows on an accompanying illustration) and remove the cross-section lever from a forward beam.

4. Vypressuyte the sharovy hinge on a rotary support.


 INSTALLATION

1. Clear a sharovy finger of the hinge and an opening in a rotary support (remove greasing traces).

2. Establish the sharovy hinge. Put a washer (3) and screw a new being self-stopped nut (2). Tighten it the moment of 80 Nanometers.
3. Connect the cross-section lever a bolt (1) to a beam of a forward suspension bracket. A nut do not tighten.

4. Fix forward wheels. Bolts of fastening of wheels with oil do not grease. Establish wheels so that the markings put earlier coincided. Lower the car on wheels. Tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel cross-wise the moment of 100 Nanometers.
5. Establish the car in normal situation. Should be for this purpose satisfied the following conditions:
   a) The car should stand on wheels.
   b) Forward seats should be on the average situation.
   c) Each seat should have loading of 68 kg.
   d) On back sitting in the center there should be a cargo in mass of 68 kg.
   e) In the center of a luggage carrier there should be a cargo in mass of 21 kg.
   f) The fuel tank should be completely filled.
6. Fix the cross-section lever on a beam of a forward suspension bracket the next moments:
      •  6-cylinder engine: 81 Nanometers,
      •  8-cylinder engine: 77.5 Nanometer.

7. Establish the bottom guard of an impellent compartment.
