Work with electric circuits For possibility of determination of malfunction or additional installation of electric devices existence of electric circuits is necessary. The electric chain should be surely closed. Insufficiently, for example, if tension, and other plug is brought to the positive plug (+) headlights (-) is not closed on weight. Therefore the cable of weight of the storage battery (-) is connected to weight. In some cases it appears such communication with weight insufficiently and the corresponding consumer has a direct connection with weight. Isolation of such communication has, as a rule, brown color. Separate electric chains can have switches, the relay, safety locks, measuring devices, electric motors and other electric elements. That the specified elements are correct for attaching, connecting cables have various colors, and contacts have numbering. For convenience of work with car electric equipment all system is divided into separate chains. The electric elements cooperating with each other, are shown on the general scheme. As a rule, at the top of the scheme positive contacts (+), and below weight contacts are given (-). Connections of weight are carried out usually through a body or through an additional wire from a point of the weight which is available on a body.
