Turbokompressor

The engine is equipped with a turbokompressor. Turbokompressor has two turbine wheels, being in separate cases. Rotation of a turbokompressor is carried out from energy of the fulfilled gases. Angular speed of rotation reaches 120 000 rpm.

Thanks to that that in cylinders the bigger amount of air moves, engine capacity raises to 100 %. Pressure of air of pressurization makes from 0.4 to 0.8 bar (pressure of air in tires makes about 1.8 bar). If pressure of air raises more established size, the safety valve opens.

Along with increase in engine capacity its torque raises also that favorably affects its elasticity. Unlike the petrol engine diesel thanks to high extent of compression allows to use effectively fuel in the field of low numbers of turns.

Turbokompressor represents a high-precision design. Therefore its repair should be carried out only by experts. As imparted, at turbokompressor damage it is completely replaced.

Greasing of a turbokompressor is carried out from system of greasing of the engine. For providing reliable greasing of a turbokompressor it is necessary to meet the following conditions:
   a) It is necessary to apply only recommended impellent oil.
   b) Old impellent oil can lead to a zakoksovyvaniye of the supercharger. Therefore impellent oil and the oil filter should be replaced in due time.
   c) Hit even small pollution can lead to damage of the supercharger. Therefore it is not necessary to maintain the engine without the air filter.
